What is 100% satisfaction guarantee?
If you are not happy with the items you have purchased please contact us
immediately after you received your shipment.
Should you not be fully satisfied with your product we will refund 100%
of your payment including shipping.
Are
you doing custom prints?
Yes we do. We're doing several custom prints for active units,
ranging from simply adding/changing a name on the canopy rail to fully
custom prints. Since usually every case if different in some way please
contact us to discuss details.
Do you
have a physical store?
No, we are a POD (print on demand) service at this stage. It means
that we do not keep stock, instead we do print the orders as they come
in.
What
is the shipping insurance option?
We do everything we can to make sure our packages are not getting
damaged en route. However, once the products have been shipped, we
cannot take full responsibility for the transit. If you opt in insurance
and your package is damaged or lost for some reason then we'll replace
your package free of charge. If you order from Australia we strongly
advice to opt insurance in as unfortunately we had negative experiences
with deliveries to your territory.
My
package has been damaged!
If you had shipping insurance opted in during checkout then we'll
replace your package free of charge. Sending back the damaged items
would cost you extra, so we�d rather advice you to destroy it, send us a
photo via email and we'll resend your order free of charge.
How
long it will take to receive the order?
Since we ship worldwide it's hard to tell. As a rule of thumb orders
placed from USA / Canada / Asia tend to reach their destination in 10-12
business days from the day they are shipped out. EU customers can expect
the package in 5-10 days in average.
My
package appears to be lost!
We dispatch all packages with registered airmail and can declare it
officially lost 30 days after it was shipped. If you do not receive your
package in time, please contact us!
Can
you please give me the high resolution image so I can print for my own?
This is possible if you are willing to purchase the exclusive
copyright for the given artwork.
